Shilpashala is a "Building management software" that is intended for small time building owners

Using this software one can keep track of the advance amounts received from various tenants. Option is there if the advance is given as installment to keep track of that also.

The software keeps track of the various rent amounts that come monthly from the tenants. At a glance we can find out outstanding rent amounts. We can also keep track of the tenants who always delay in giving payment. At a glance we can see who are regular offenders.

Another section is maintenance. In this section we can keep track of the pending maintenance issues as well as keep track of amount spent on building maintenance.

We can also keep track of damages caused by tenants and expenses incurred because of that. That amount can be deducted from the advance amount as need be.
